Having lack of sleep, in the night, can leave with many side affects such as grogginess, forgetfulness, and clumsiness. In fact if you go a day without sleep you seem like you're drunk. Brain cells can also die because of lack of sleep.

- No sleep = horrible damage
- Risks of kids: Depression, anxiety, obesity, bad grades, sports injuries, low self-esteem, and serious diseases
- Risks of adults: concentration, health, job performance, and mood
Having a lack of sleep can affect both kids and adults with horrible side affects. It affects grown-ups in many ways such as, concentration loss, poor health, horrible job performance, and always being in a bad mood. It affects kids in a even more horrible way, they get depression, anxiety, obesity, bad grades, sports injuries, low self-esteem, and serious diseases.
